Documentary Wins Local Film Festival!
The Fan Film Documentary has won first place at the Great Plains Film Festival! There were many solid entries in the short documentary section, but when the names were called this one came out on top. Many thanks to all those who hosted the festival for the award!

Documentary Premieres on Local Television Station
The Knowledge Network began broadcasting the project on their public access channel. Check the official website for details and showtimes!

Just watched your terrific doc on FAN FILMS. Learned a lot! Beautifully researched and put together. Your work is the clearest, most concise and broad look at the fan film phenomena. I learned a lot I didn't know and I bet others did as well. Your doc is inspirational to anyone thinking/planning/dreaming or actually making fan films.
